Our next round of guided meditation classes commence Monday 11th at 6:30pm from Waking Life and run for 4 weeks (excluding public holidays).
Our meditations are great for beginners as well as people who would like to commit to meditating more and experience deeper states. It's also a great space for immersing yourself in a group of open, caring and compassionate people also seeking to explore and experience meditation.
We facilitate guided healing meditations where you'll be able to experience a deep meditative state, even if you've had trouble and found meditation hard (or impossible) in the past. We specialise in helping people who think they can't meditative to experience it for themselves and enjoy the wonderful benefits meditation has to offer.
The list of benefits of regular meditation are endless, and the calming, rejuvenating effects are felt throughout all aspects of your life. Some of the main benefits of meditation include; more energy, better sleep, less anxiety, more confidence, feeling of groundedness, develops creativity, increases feelings of joy, love and compassion, and so many more.
